Otokar, one of Turkey’s leading military land platform manufacturer, signed a new contract related to COBRA II Tactical Wheeled Armored Vehicle (TWAV).
The statement made by Otokar about the subject is as follows: “We have signed a new export contract with an African country for our Cobra II vehicles for approximately USD 25 million. The delivery, which also includes the sales of spare parts and training services, is planned to start this year and to be completed within 6 months.”
Recently, Otokar had received a new export order for different types of armored vehicles from an African country, amounting to approximately USD 110 million. The Arma 8 × 8 and Cobra II 4 × 4 tactical wheeled armored vehicles included in the order will be offered with spare parts and training services. Deliveries are planned to start in 2021 and be completed by the end of 2022.
